Mail you wish to get email each time new item inserted
And click “Save” button

Edit Buttons texts

To add your fields and views, go over to “Fields and Views” Section
And just start adding your fields
Don’t remember to save changes on form

Go to post / page you wish to add your form
And select your contact form and action type : “Insert”
Click “Add to post” button
Add as widget
Go to Appearance -> Widgets
Drag and drop your widget
Choose “Contact form” action “insert” and add your title to this item

If you would like to send email to adder, go to “Form advanced settings”
Choose “Send Email to Adder” as true
Choose the email field
Edit Email Title and Email Text
You can add html in the email text
You can validate each mail, and the use it as a reseller basis
